Evidence-based practice seminar

This interactive one-day seminar aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement a planned organisational approach to evidence – based practice that will result in measurable improvements for residents, staff and the organisation as a whole.
 

The seminar will provide participants with:

  • evidence-based practice
  • best available evidence and how to find it
  • clinical guidelines and how they are developed
  • critical appraisal of clinical guidelines
  • application, contextualisation and implementation of clinical guidelines
  • clinical audit
  • how a clinical audit can measure current practice and then be used as a tool to improve practice

Cost

The cost to participants is $259 inc GST (includes seminar materials, meals and refreshments).

The seminar is one day in duration from 9-00am to 4-30pm
