Data and measurement
Here is an introductory package that can be downloaded, which indicates how data and measurement can be used in the residential aged-care setting. It provides some simple tips when using data and measurement to assist aged care homes in improving services to residents. A number of case studies and practical exercises are included. It also deals with methods for collecting data and using quality tools and results. We recommend that the packages on self-assessment and continuous improvement be completed before this package.
