Assessor Development Program (ADP)
QAIT workshops have been replaced by the Assessor Development Program (ADP). Workshops will continue but in a slightly different format and there will be other opportunities developed to provide ongoing training for our assessor workforce.
ADP workshops
This year there will be ADP workshops in March, May July, September and November.
There will be a mixture of four hour and full day workshops. In Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, the four hour workshops will be run twice to accommodate smaller group size.
All workshops will require assessors to complete some pre-reading, that will be sent to all assessors via email two weeks before each workshop.

September 2010 (full day workshop)
This ADP workshop is about Assessment Modules and the Support Contact Report. This workshop will introduce the new support contact report, demonstrate its use and provide opportunity to practice completing the template. There will also be opportunity to review some of the amended assessment modules as part of the workshop activities.
The learning outcomes for this workshop are that at the end of the session participants will be able to:
- demonstrate competence in correct use of the support contact report.
- be familiar with the revised assessment modules
Pre-reading will be emailed to assessors closer to the date along with other important information relating to the workshop. There is no time allocated during the workshop to read this material. This is a full day workshop and will be run only once in each location.
