The seminar will provide participants with:

  • an approach to achieving sustainable gains through linking the strategic direction of the organisation to continuous improvement
  • structures and processes for developing a  continuous improvement system that will achieve the best benefit for residents
  • selecting the right tools and approaches for monitoring, evaluation, management of risk, innovation and sustainable improvement in key priority areas
  • techniques for tracking, evaluating and reporting on achievements to demonstrate tangible improvements in resident quality care

  • understand the relationship between continuous improvement and strategic planning
  • define objectives and outcomes
  • maintain a resident focus in your continuous improvement plan
  • involve key stakeholders in your continuous improvement activities
  • monitor and evaluate your continuous improvement activities

Cost
The cost to participants is $195 inc GST (includes seminar materials, meals and refreshments).

5% discount applies to group registrations of five or more.

Duration and period
The seminar is one day in duration from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Registration commences at 8.30am.
Seminars will be held from August 2009 through to June 2010.
