Self-assessment

Included here is an introductory package that can be downloaded which defines self-assessment and outlines the links between self-assessment, continuous improvement and accreditation. It details a simple four step model for self-assessment as well as case studies and practical exercises. It also deals with planning an on-going self-assessment program. The Agency recommends that this package be completed before all others.

Feedback
The Agency welcomes your feedback on the education packages as it provides us with the opportunity to improve our service. At the end of each education package, you will find an evaluation form. Once you have completed the package, the Agency would appreciate you taking the time to complete the evaluation form and sending it in to us. Please complete just one form per home and don't forget to complete all three pages.

Evaluation forms should be sent to the national office of the Agency, marked 'Attention - Education Officer'.
