The Agency does not guarantee to employ or contract work to all quality assessors registered with the RABQSA. According to workload requirements, the Agency will enter into contractual arrangements with individual quality assessors based on the following factors:

• availability
• cost (including travel costs)
• skills and experience
• satisfactory past performance (where previous work has been undertaken)
• capacity to fulfil the requirements of the contract.
