Data and measurement
Here is an introductory package that can be downloaded, which indicates how data and measurement can be used in the residential aged-care setting. It provides some simple tips when using data and measurement to assist aged care homes in improving services to residents. A number of case studies and practical exercises are included. It also deals with methods for collecting data and using quality tools and results. The Agency recommends that the packages on self-assessment and continuous improvement be completed before this package.
