Promoting high quality care
The Accreditation Agency is an internationally recognised accreditation body focused on promoting high quality care.
We have a robust accreditation system and publicly available education programs to support aged care managers.
Meeting the Accreditation Standards means that the aged care home provides quality care and services for its residents. Our annual Better Practice Awards recognise quality improvement and better practice in aged care and serve as exemplars to encourage improvement and innovation.
BCS – “The sense of pride was almost palpable”
Anglican Care – "To be recognised for this dedication to residents is really appreciated”
Bupa – “The residents simply burst with pride”
ACH – “The application process itself helps drive better practice”
